Live Your Every Day: Begin with 2025
If you are reading this, I must assume you are one of the people living in this modern 21st century. No doubt. Fear not, I'm not here to extract your love for Tiktok, but am here to encourage you setting limits on screen time.
It is inevitable that technology has made us more reliant on our mobile phones, be it for work or even entertainment. The moment digital devices prove to us their capability to stimulate our minds and resolve our distress temporarily, our hands automatically reach out for them and start scrolling for our free periods in life - to the point that we sometimes spend the entire day moving just our eyes and fingers.
It can be a pain when we are unable to stop ourselves from using social media, even when our brains become exhausted. Perhaps we really need that break to reduce stress after a long day at work. But, I'm sure you know your stress levels aren't going down.
Scrolling mobile phones endlessly each day for time to pass is a real bad habit. Our lives have become repetitive and what's worse? We are accepting this way of life! Now, it's time to (really) make a move.
In life, we don't have to do things that necessarily make a difference or contribution. Everything that we do is part of our life: the short period of time that we have on earth. There are tons of pursuits that are clearly not visible within the boundaries of our home or whatever place, but they nonetheless can be started on and completed as long as actions are taken.
Spending our time wisely is beneficial for our wellbeing, because we get to discover a little more about the world each day, finding different interests, skills, and goals that we desire to try out and accomplish on different occasions. That gives us a meaning in life, anticipate waking up in the morning each day and tell ourselves: today, I will be learning this and completing that. Just imagine how nice it would feel when we set our plan right and attain the sense of accomplishment being able to complete them.

1. Blogging
Yes you are reading my blog now. Blogging is a great way for us to discover more about our 'selves'. The contents we create would all be beneficial because others get to learn something new, so it's always a plus! If you are interested in gaming, consider writing down your experiences and what you find most thrilling. If cooking, perhaps throw a joke on yourself about how bad your food tastes, because who knows readers' self-esteem could be elevated just because of you?
2. Yoga
Exercising is best for health
apart from nutrition management. I chose yoga although I'm bad at it because it
really does benefit us both mentally and physically. It works out almost every
part of our body and build muscles especially in the abdominal area, which can
be a building block for other exercises like ball games or running.
(I hurt my spine and it lasted 3 weeks after I did yoga but I still love it XD)
3. Visit a historical museum
If you are interested in how
mobile phones are invented please do visit a museum. Museums are great for
knowledge AND when you feel bored. Take all the time you want and indulge yourself into the beautifully crafted art pieces and antiques. The best thing about museums is their peacefulness, enabling us to be in our own world and pace, while being captivated by their timeless interiors. Don't know about you but I just love them.
Well for the rest of the list
feel free to write them yourselves, and comment if you have any recommendations
because I want to know too! I'll see you in my next blog!
