Being your best: Ensuring balance and Intrinsic motivation

There are tremendous opportunities to be at our best out there --- showcasing our greatest skills, contributing effortlessly to the community, bringing joy to our family and friends — and much more! But how do we be at our best throughout? Definitely we can, through ensuring adequate rest, engagement in our routine that is driven by our intrinsic motivation, and setting our vision of the future.

Everyone is actually...quite the same aren't we

Well first of all we are all beings, human beings. There's not much difference between us since birth like having the advantage to speak and express thoughts, finding interests and joy in everyday things, and most importantly, waking up on the same planet! To be at our best, we must realise that all of us have an equal chance of uncovering our beauty and strengths that makes us who we are, with our strengths made for different purposes and to find the things best suited for us and to our point of enjoyment! So really, looking at the profiles on social media with people being successful, there's really no point in comparing yourself and feeling dejected about it, because you can be successful in a different way that has equivalent value. So clear up your thoughts and keep going :)

Motivate and depend on yourself

We are the main source that can make us move forward. If we don't do anything, hardly anyone can help us either. Noticing your value in this world creates a drastic impact on how you live everyday and the things that you aim for. You'll be better at strategizing on how you can make things happen. You yourself is the one who can change and create things! So intrinsically motivate yourself, be optimistic and strive on your own.

Keep negatives thoughts out. They don't do more good than bad.

The power of negativity is that they let us dwell onto them, bringing back bad past memories and have the potential to affect our daily routine. Feel down and even excessive stress does not only affect our mood, but impedes our performance as well.
